Due to continued growth within the branded confectionery market they now have an immediate opening at the Oxford Street office for an experienced Sales Executive. As a Sales Executive you will responsible for building long term business relationships with marketing executives and marketing managers within Blue Chip organisations throughout the UK. Through gaining a full understanding of prospect business needs, you will propose various branded confectionery solutions based on budgetary requirement and purpose. Typical examples may include promotional materials for exhibitions and events, gifts to promote brand awareness, company awards or general giveaways. This market is highly competitive and as such you will need to create relationships with prospects based on trust and delivery of service. Additionally, you must be able to negotiate with both clients and suppliers in order to ensure that margins are acceptable whilst remaining competitive. Applicants will need to demonstrate a proven track record within a b2b sales environment. Ideally educated to degree level you will have an understanding of general business processes and be able to demonstrate an ability to think on your feet. Individuals need to be vibrant and charismatic with a strong personality and an assertive nature that is able to influence without being seen as pushy or forceful. At interview you will make an immediate impact with your confidence and lively nature. The ability to demonstrate a high level of motivation and drive to earn will be evident, as will your ability to fit into a highly motivated and activity focused, multi tasking team environment. Successful candidates will be offered a base salary of 20-30k with a first year OTE of 35-40k however the ability to over achieve is very real and sales executives can achieve earnings of up to 70k+ in their second/third year. Further benefits are negotiable however all expenses including travel and client entertainment are paid for by the company.
