Project Scope: Construction of Water Supply Infrastructure (booster stations and install submersible pumps in wells, transmission and distribution pipeline; construction and rehabilitation of reservoirs and distribution network)

Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for preparing and executing QC programs and procedures in accordance with government contracts and international standards. Must also be able to manage a team of QC engineers and perform testing coordination.

Requirements:
7+ years as a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with approved verifiable experience in quality control and site safety of similar construction work.
Candidate has undertaken safety programs and training
Strong leader with proven skills in managing numerous projects and directing project compliance with QC and safety.
