Project Scope: Construction of Water Supply Infrastructure (booster stations and install submersible pumps in wells, transmission and distribution pipeline; construction and rehabilitation of reservoirs and distribution network)

Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for the overall success, safety and timely completion of a construction project. Will plan and manage project construction activities and schedules and provide technical consultation to project teams, government agencies and clients.

Requirements:
BS degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
At least 10 years of experience in similar type of construction.
At least 6 years of the experience shall be in developing countries with infrastructure
needs and programs similar to those of the West Bank/Gaza.
Must have demonstrated experience in developing countries in the effective use of local contractors and local labor.
Must be knowledgeable concerning FAR and/or FIDIC construction contracting. Knowledgeable regarding principles and good practice in strategic planning, organizational development and project management, and in project design of inputs, activities and strategies to achieve project objectives.
Should have experience in human resources management and the ability to work in cross-cultural situations with political, cultural and ethnic sensitivities and security environments such as found in West Bank/Gaza.
