Multiple project wins have created the need for a Practice / Projects Manager to run the implementation and support teams, managing them on a daily basis to ensure they are clear on targets and their roles. It is essential that you have a proven track record within Dynamics GP (Great Plains) project management and implementation, and that you are a leader with clear vision and the ability to command respect from your internal teams and from the client base.

The role will involve allocating resources for Dynamics GP projects, project planning, forecasting future needs, attending client visits with the implementation teams, managing client site documentation and identifying training needs. You will manage the consultants to ensure that Dynamics GP implementations are completed to client satisfaction, within set time scales, and on budget. You will also run the support team, co-ordinate the projects and resource staff.

You will need good knowledge of Dynamics GP, SQL and Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint). You will be an extremely organised individual, dedicated, proactive, an excellent manager with great team work skills. Ideally you will have Prince 2 qualifications. You will deliver results and will be willing to be judged by your results. You will be single minded in your ability to achieve goals whilst maintaining a sense of humour!
