| We are looking for a bright, ambitious Applications Support technician with at least 6 months experience of supporting CRM software (essential) such as Sage CRM, SalesLogix, Dynamics CRM / MSCRM, Pivotal CRM, Clarify CRM, AccPac, Prospectsoft CRM, Act!, Goldmine, Sugar CRM, NetSuite or similar. Graduates with a year's industrial placement supporting CRM software would also be ideal. You will also have sound knowledge of MS Windows and Office, an excellent telephone manner, plenty of ambition and a thirst for learning new skills. This is a company who will invest a lot of time and money in your training, and will provide a real career with promotion from within. You will be working within a first class support environment, dealing with technical issues and queries from clients for SalesLogix CRM and Sage CRM. You will provide 1st line support to clients', complete tickets in accordance with the SLA and helpdesk procedures and answer customer queries relating to these products.
