As a Field Training Manager you will be responsible for delivering both product and customer service training across the counters in the South. You will work closely with the Training Director to identify training needs and implement training initiatives in conjunction with the HR strategy. You will be involved in facilitating training sessions and assisting with new store openings and also play a key role in providing feedback on product knowledge and customer service. The ideal candidate would have solid training and development experience from a retail background. You will have previous experience in an operational role with the ability to demonstrate communicating across levels. You will ideally be based in the South London, Essex or Kent area for ease of accessibility to the sites therefore full mobility is required in the role and a full UK license.
