| This renowned hospitality chain is looking for a HR professional to join their HR team and support the North of the Country. This is a generalist HR role with a key focus on advising the senior management team on ER issues across over 100 sites in the North. You will report directly into the Head of HR and be involved in managing high level ER cases and work closely with the Operational teams to coach on ER situations. A large part of your role will be to develop policies, deliver ER training workshops and facilitate meetings for absence and poor performance issues. The suitable candidate would have strong generalist HR or ER experience and come from a retail or hospitality background.
