Responsible for work packages up to 1m. Manages up to 10 employees. Main Activities Ensure an adequate, effective and efficient implementation of PA activities is achieved through successful integration with all management and engineering activities. Oversee supplier PA activities as required in the areas of: Quality Assurance inc. contamination and cleanliness Dependability Product Liability & Safety Parts, Materials & Processes EEE Parts Software QA Tasks include: Coordinating the Procurement PA tasks with the Customer and Supplier QA; Ensuring that all the subcontractor PA requirements, based on the knowledge of the products and on the Customer's requirements, are addressed; Identifying and coordinating resources and trained personnel assigned to the various supplier PA activities; Convening regular progress meetings with Procurement PA team and reporting; Participating in the overall activity planning and derive the PA planning details; Support the Procurement PA programme planning as to make it compatible with the overall project planning; Managing and controlling PA action items; Participating in Non-conformance Review Boards, Configuration Control Boards, Test Reviews, as applicable; Coordinating and providing PA inputs for design reviews, as appropriate; Controlling the management of non-conformances; Identifying, assessing, preventing and controlling all those technical risks that could affect safety, mission success and the related cost and schedule consequences. Such an activity will be a contribution to the overall project Risk Management; Maintaining quality data records at the applicable levels, such that items are correctly configured and traced during the activities and data are properly recorded; Supporting the alert system ensuring their flow down and implementation by subcontractors and maintaining records; Manage the supplier audit schedule and associated audit reports/actions, including inspections; Ensure the Equipment Qualification Status List is maintained for all equipments; Review and approve the Certificate of Conformity (CofC). Mission Responsible for ensuring the relevant quality assurance controls of products (hardware, software and services) are in accordance with the contractual requirements and those compatible with Company Quality Systems.
