My client, a prestigious financial institution based in the North East, currently requires an implementation manager to work within the business to integrate change across people, process and technology.
Suitable applicants must have core competencies in the following areas:
- Benefits realisation (planning, tracking, measuring and defining methodologies); - Upward management of team members, eg Head of Portfolio Management and Project Sponsors; - Risk identification and mitigation skills; - Implementing roadmaps and identifying key trouble-spots along them, preparing contingencies for them; - An ability to effectively communicate the needs of implementation management to other change team members; - Express an innovative and fresh perspective to portfolio and project management with an ability to shape thinking.
Candidates must have shown an interest in their own professional development over 10 years with preferred experience in a large change programme, ideally a central function. Industry experience from either the financial services or a management consultancy is favourable.
