We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator on behalf of our client based in Stirling. This is a temp position for 3 months initially however after this trial period a permanent position could be offered to the successful candidate. We are therefore looking for candidates who can commit long-term.Duties: Providing full admin support for all marketing campaigns Providing high quality and customer/sales support Ensuring new businesses comply with company terms & conditions Ensuring data entered into CRM system is accurate, relevant, timely and complete Maintaining up to date understanding of product catalogue and customer base Generating invoices Completing and processing orders Managing the process and maintenance of listings on website Dealing with customer enquiries Necessary Knowledge/Skills and Experience: High accuracy data entry Good communication skills Ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines Good customer services Good knowledge of MS Office- specifically Excel (applicants will be tested on this prior to attending interview with our client) Qualifications: A Business related or Marketing Degree Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm however a flexible attitude towards working hours is preferable Salary: Â6.30 per hour Applicants must have the experience outlined to be considered for this post.
