Salary: 28,000 - 32,000 plus bonus

This is a fantastic opportunity for driven, ambitious and talented Head Chef to join this brilliant restaurant in Gosforth, offering an array of fresh fish and seafood.

The role would suit a very personable individual who is highly skilled and has ideally have a good knowledge of fish. You will have exceptional communication, management and organizational skills. As Head Chef you will be able to inspire and motivate others and lead your team by example. You must be financially astute and able to run your kitchen to budget. The ability to work under pressure, produce top quality food and of course maintain your sense of humour is essential!!!

Previous extensive experience at Head Chef level within a high volume, preferably branded operation is highly desirable, however all quality backgrounds will be considered if you have worked in a high volume restaurant.
