Due to significant investment in the UK production facility Craemer UK Limited are looking to recruit a Field Sales Manager to cover the UK.

We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Manager that is passionate about identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key decision makers and ultimately generating sales. It's absolutely vital that you are comfortable knocking on doors and that you have a good understanding of the UK waste and/or recycling industry.

FIELD SALES MANAGER - EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

- Must have recent experience of selling products within the waste and/or recycling industry
- Demonstratable track record of sales within the public and/or private sector
- Experience of prospecting for sales via a variety of methods
- Ideally has experience of dealing with open public tenders, buying frameworks and consortiums
- Worked with resellers and distributors
- Development and delivery of sales presentations
- Good IT Skills (MS Office)

FIELD SALES MANAGER - BEHAVIOURS and CHARACTERISTICS:

- Professional in approach, appearance and manner
- Able to build and maintain a strong rapport with customers
- Comfortable working within set guidelines and procedures
- Keeps up to date with market trends
- Able to communicate at various levels within different types of organisation
- Holds a full UK driving licence and passport
- Willing to travel to Germany occasionally if required

The Field Sales Manager role will cover the UK although in the future you may be assigned a territory based on your location

FIELD SALES MANAGER - PACKAGE

SALARY GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 bonus
HOLIDAYS 24 days PA plus UK bank holidays
CAR Equivalent to a Mondeo / Vectra

The position is available now however if you are awaiting an end of quarter/year bonus we are willing to wait for exceptional candidates until the New Year.
