An amazing position has just come up in East Sheen, South West London for an experienced Sous Chef to work within a well respected gastro pub group. The pub is in one of London's most pleasant residential areas.

My client has some very successful high quality gastro pub's which are a mix of food and drinks led operations.

They are looking for a Sous Chef to join this exciting company - a keen entrepreneur would be perfect to push the business forward along side the Head Chef. The role involves amending to current trends, structuring of the kitchens, recruitment of staff and implementing procedures and standards as well as writing your own menus with the Head Chef.

The ideal Sous Chef will be experienced in quality gastro pub dining, (dealing with fresh food) have a strong eye for detail, creative with business planning and being able to think on their feet. The will have to take ownership for the food side of the unit, be fully Profit and Loss accountable and most of all deliver top quality food with in the remit of the trade. You will be responsible for all financial aspects of the kitchen as well are recruitment and training of junior chefs.

This role is available with Live in at a small cost.
