The Role:
-Responsible for all operational aspects of this busy venue which hold events for up to 2000 - 3000 pax
-Working closely with the event planners regarding requirements for events and ensuring the operational team are fully briefed
-Representing the company in a professional manner at all times
-Ensuring all health and safety and HR policies and procedures are adhered to
-Ordering liquor stock, equipment and maintaining staffing levels within budget

The Person:
-Keen, enthusiastic with a passion for helping others
-A background and good understanding of events and retail catering
-Experience of working at a similar, high volume venue is preferred
-Someone who really enjoys the food and likes to get involved
-Confident, get excited about work and enjoy thinking differently about daily challenges
-Pride in what you do
