Our client is a well established and reputable engineering international consultancy firm. The company offers a multi-disciplinary consultancy service to the private and public sector, and has won many large scale international projects. It is involved in the areas  such as Structural, Roads, Environment and Commercial Developments.   This particular vacancy is for an Quality Control Project Manager for one of their projects in North Africa. The project is a prestigious five star hotel development just outside the capital.  Joining this firm will ensure an exciting and rewarding career within a well established and growing company.

Responsibilities:
*Produce protocols and procedures for work and quality of work
*Management of a team on site to ensure a strong quality finish

*Implementing quality processes to ensure that the workmanship is of the highest order
*Regular progress recording on site and management of site/quality meetings
*Providing advice and support in relation to all aspects of quality from an architectural background
*Presenting quality updates back to Head Office  
*Liaising closely with the contractors on site and ensuring quality work is enforced
*Planning multi-projects and keeping all parties abreast of progress

Requirements:
*Architectural Degree or equivalent
*Must have 8-15 yrs experience (or more)
*Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
*Ideally  you would have previously worked with multi-storey buildings

*Experience work on hotel projects is essential
