Reporting to the Capital Investments Director the Key duties of this position are:

* To be the main point of Contact for the Defence Business stream to support the Capital Investment Director and Defence Manager on Bids including PFI's
* Scoping and reviewing Costing of SPV Management Services
* Setting up of Corporate procedures and reporting requirements from SPV/JV prior to Financial close of Defence Projects
* Review of operational SPV/JV performance and management and reporting of existing Defence Investments.

Other Duties include:
* Working closely with Capital Investment, Corporate Development, Defence Business Stream Bid Teams and Group Treasury and Finance Teams to ensure funding solutions are provided and to ensure alignment.
* To agree Investment budget and 10 year plan
* Develop and agree investment Cash Flow
* Reporting and forecasting against budget

Candidate Specification:
* Strong Commercial and Financial Acumen with experience in Managing SPV's, JV's and PFI's
* The ability to engage others and maintain effective relationships with experts both internally and externally
* Establish long term relationships with Defence Bid Teams
* Identifying Business and Corporate risks
* The ability to represent the Group in Commercial and Investment discussions
* Extensive experience working in support service industry in Public or Private Sector organisations
* You must have experience in evidence of working across business teams and group functions, delivering support to bid teams and operational management to a high performance level through advisory services and Leadership qualities.
* Demonstrate a track record of setting up and managing SPV's and JV's.

This position is paying a starting salary of 60-65K Per annum plus benefits.

The standard hours are 37.5 per week Monday to Friday.
