My client is an established contractor based in the North East looking for an Assistant Operations Manager to manage E&I Contracts within the Industrial Sector.

Responsibilities include:
* Provide leadership ensuring that contractual commitments are met and exceeded
* Communicate and ensure implementation of business policies and procedures.
* Ensure optimum staffing structures operate across contracts.
* Develop and maintain a fully competent team
* Development of financial plans - ensure that these are met and exceeded
* Ensure appropriate contract review, audit and control systems are met.
* Provision of leadership and guidance, advice, coaching and direct support

Requirements:
* Professionally qualified Contracts Manager
* Educated to Degree level or equivalent
* Strong contracts management background on Mechanical & Electrical
* Team player with good communication skills and an approachable yet assertive style

Salary: 40 - 45K plus car / car allowance, pension, healthcare.
