| Recruitment Manager (FTSE100), London / South East Position: Recruitment Manager Salary: 40 to 50k Location: London & surrounding area Role: Our client has an opportunity for a Recruitment Manager at their Hertfordshire headquarters. You would be responsible for delivering all levels of recruitment from Graduate to Director in order to deliver commercial improvements by directly recruiting where possible. Responsibilities: a) Delivering commercial savings that will directly impact on the recruitment budget. b) Ensure the function is maximising direct channels of recruitment e.g. Talent planning, the c) Employee Referral scheme and advertising, linked in, company mapping, networking. d) Build a Talent Bank of potential candidates (including internal candidates identified through mapping). e) Manage the recruitment process in terms of creating excellent advert copy, attracting the best talent and interviewing to gain the strongest shortlist possible. f) Utilise competency based interviews, ability testing and psychometrics to attract candidates. g) Plan and organise all Graduate Recruitment activity. Knowledge/Experience: a) Agency/Search and in-house experience. b) Track record of delivery – Cost/time/quality. c) Experience of direct sourcing. d) The ideal candidate will be driven, be able to influence at a senior level and will be aware of their impact on the bottom line. e) Blue chip recruitment experience (Desirable).
