Solidworks Mechanical Design Engineer - Antenna - Oxfordshire

Description : Solidworks Mechanical Design Engineer - Antenna This Comms company currently seeks a Mechanical Design Engineer with at least 5 years experience in mechanical design and drawing office practices in a telecoms / industrial products company. You must have at least 3 years experience using SolidWorks. Experience of Antenna design or Cellular product development is strongly essential You must have: - demonstratable leadership & ownership of mechanical design solutions. - Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes including; 1) Sheet metal fabrication 2) CNC machining 3) Plastic moulding. - A good understanding of production: 1) Part & process cost drivers 2) Transfer to low cost manufacturing bases. 3) Techniques (soldering, cable forming, fastenings). May on occasions require extended working hours and travel in the UK or overseas. Should be qualified to a HNC/D or degree level in an appropriate mechanical subject. Salary 45,000 + Bonus + pension + company share scheme
