Our client is looking to recruit a Commercial Operations Manager who comes from an IT / Telecoms background. This is a critical hire for the growing IT and Telecomms Services company.

Commercial Operations Manager role:

In this new role, you will lead a team of staff that supports the operations, commercial, legal, service, administrative, supplier and customer areas of the business.

Commercial Operations Manager candidate requirements:

The successful Commercial Operations Manager will be an experienced leader of teams who must be able to demonstrate:
- Ideally, a strong technical knowledge of IT/Telecoms
- Customer facing experience at a senior level
- Strong customer service ethic
- Strong man management skills and experience
- A strong financial and commercial acumen that transcends all parts of the business
- Experience of supplier management
- Process re-engineering and managing change. You will help create and shape the future of this business by reporting directly into the Managing Director, providing both Operational and Strategic ideas to him and the business
