.net , VB.net, C++ and RDBMS such as SQL Server, Oracle, DB2 or MySQL are the key skills requirements. You MUST be strong in these areas.

You will have a strong engineering, scientific or mathematical background and a degree in one of these areas or similar. You should have exp of using Windows Server operating systems and experience of working as a developer as part of a team.

It would also be desirable if you had some experience with advanced Javascript using AJAX or JSON, C++ programming, STL, Server OS administration, ISAPI/ATL server development and Team foundation server.

A strong engineering, scientific or mathematical background and good communication abilities are essential, as it is important to understand fully the technical aspects of client business processes before developing solutions for them.
