Due to continued growth they now have an opening for a Sales Manager to lead a successful team based at their prestigious City office.

As an experienced Sales Manager you will lead a growing team that currently consists of 3 sales professionals. This is a player-manager role that will cover operations, take full responsibility for UK revenue growth, team P&L, staff management and team growth, which is expected to double in the coming months. This role will also carry a personal target and requires a strong bias towards sales as the teams grows. The ideal candidate will posses a minimum of 3-4 years sales management experience ideally gained in either the forex market or financial services arena. You will be a natural leader, have a broad business understanding, be financial astute and committed to delivering success. Your communication, presentation, analytical and strategy development skills will be first class as will your ability to deliver results both personally and in a competitive team environment.

The successful candidate can expect a basic salary of 30-40k with an uncapped OTE of 60-80k plus additional benefits including company stock
