My client is part of a group of independent hospitals. Their new service based in Chester is a specialist rehabilitation facility which cares for patients with neurological and other conditions that require fast and slow stream rehabilitation, long term continuing care and time banded respite care.
The opportunity & person:
This is a 20 bed unit which will provide rehabilitation facilities primarily for people with neurological conditions. It is a new project having only just opened. With a recognised, reputable and established company behind it, it is looking to appoint a dynamic RGN with the necessary combination of clinical expertise and leadership capabilities to embrace the challenges posed.
In order to succeed in this exciting project the successful applicant will be an enthusiastic, and driven individual who thrives in a demanding environment. You will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills along with the ability motivate staff. Essential experience:
- Must have experience of working in the neurorehabilitation/neurodisability field. - Willingness to assist in the setting up of this new exciting service. - Must be prepared to actively market the service and liaise with external customers and regulators.
