Operating a quality restaurant serving modern British food, part of a National Hotel chain with plenty of scope for future development. The primary objectives of the position will be to assist the Head Chef in managing, organising and co-ordinating all the kitchens and food production for the Hotel and ensure the services are processed effectively in line with company standards along with meeting budgeted forecasts. The ideal candidate will be an experienced pro-active team player, committed and driven to achieve high standards and departmental goals. Candidates must have Hotel Kitchen management experience as a Sous Chef or senior CDP and be an effective communicator/motivator of staff and be able to stay calm under pressure for the Sous position.
