Due to recent growth, they have an opening for a Trainee Field Sales Executive / Business Development Manager. As a Trainee Field Sales Executive / Business Development Manager your role will be to acquire and develop a portfolio of SME and corporate accounts within your territory. You will be sent on an induction which covers sales training, product knowledge and how to be successful in field sales. You will receive ongoing 'on the job' training with your line manager from there onwards. Field Sales Executive / Business Development Manager applicants must possess: * 12 months minimum outbound b2b sales/recruitment experience * Demonstrable success in winning new business * Experience of working to targets and KPI's * A money hungry and ambitious attitude. Most importantly you will be target driven, ambitious and polished with the ability to sell to board level.
