They are looking to appoint a personal injury fee earner to assist a partner in the management of large and complex caseload for a motor insurer.

Key responsibilities:
Provide clear and concise legal and commercial/practical advice both written and oral to the Firm's clients in response to their instructions
Provide ad hoc legal and other advice to clients
Control of own billing and time recording
Compliance with Firm's procedures, maxims, quality standards and client contracts and protocols
Use of Firm's case management system
Writing articles for publication externally or in the Firm's publications
Advocacy where rights of audience permit

Qualifications and Experience:
4+ years relevant PQE or Paralegal / Legal Exec with at least 4 years relevant experience in the areas of PI - RTA, EL and PL. Must have experience of litigation.

Knowledge:
High level of knowledge in field of multi track motor (and employers and public liability) personal Injury litigation work,
Experience of catastrophic injury claims an advantage. Assisting on high value or high profile cases as required. Candidates from both claimant and defendant backgrounds will be considered but defendant background an advantage.
