In order to deliver this they require the best retail trainer in the country to ensure consistency in training material and delivery. If successful you will be responsible for managing the companies ongoing retail training needs from induction, individual assessment, skills training to brand awareness and company ethic and procedure.

You will work closely with the store management team to ensure implementation of standards and procedures throughout the company. The role is a UK wide position but will be based from a head office in Hertfordshire.
