We are currently looking for a Project Manager / Programme Manager to manage multiple projects at one time. This can range from working on 3 standard projects taking 12-18 months for each to complete, to 15 customer projects each with a life span of 3-6 months.

Apart from the standard requirements the main criteria we are looking for is your ability to communicate between the engineers, keeping everyone up to date and keeping the project running on track.

Main Functions:

• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
• Co-ordinate Engineering resources to ensure the customers needs are satisfied, whilst ensuring that our business interests are maintained
• Determine and assess the need for additional resources as necessary during the project cycle
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
• Conduct retrospective analysis and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements

Experience & Skills Required

• Direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all areas of process development and execution
• Excellent MS Project & MS Office skills
• Demonstrated experience in personnel management and the ability to manage multi-disciplined teams
