The Company: Our client is an established business exporting vehicles and capital equipment to international aid organisations, government institutions, corporate customers and dealerships internationally for more than 50 years. Having recently secured a prestigious global contract they now have a platform for significant growth.

The Role: You will be responsible for creating and delivering solutions around the aftersales function, becoming involved in all technical/service matters . With 'grass-roots' experience of the service advisor/manager role, your knowledge spans commercial vehicles, warranties, management reporting and technical training.

About You: Ideally you are technically qualified (graduate/fleet engineer) - and have perhaps worked your way up from technician to where you are now. You will have strong experience within a similar management role, and are resourceful, IT literate and well-used to delivering excellent customer service and support.
