My client is a leading wind turbine manufacturer and due to continued expansion and an increasing market presence they URGENTLY need to recruit a:

SENIOR SALES ENGINEER - GREECE

The Role

As Senior Sales Engineer you will work with the core sales team and report directly to the Commercial Director. Your duties will include but will not be limited to the following: -

* Identifying new business opportunities, building relationships & client facing
* Developing new & maintaining existing key accounts
* Establishing & coordinating sales targets and implementing strategies, policies & standards
* Ensuring all sales activates adhere to legal & ethical codes & practices
* Generating revenue & company profits
* Contract negotiation, supply agreements & technical specifications

The Candidate

As a minimum you will be educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline (preferably electrical or mechanical) and ideally have 15+ years experience in industrial sales of technically complex products - 2 of which should be within the wind sector.

MBA is highly desirable

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

* Knowledge of the wind sector in Italy and industry awareness
* Read, written & spoken fluency in GREEK & ENGLISH
* In-depth technical knowledge of wind turbines
* Contractual & legal knowledge
* Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
* Good IT skills with related software/programmes
* High level of motivation and ability to work independently and/or part of a team
* Willingness to travel
