| Business Risk Manager / Compliance Officer, Dundee / Cardiff Client: Tesco Position: Business Risk Manager Salary: 35 circa Location: Dundee or Cardiff and flexibility is required as there will be significant travel between both centres and our client’s head offices in Hertfordshire. Company: Tesco Customer Service Centres (CSC) support the core UK business and Tesco, based in Dundee and Cardiff. The centres deal with over 11million contacts a year via calls, email and white mail. With growth of 10% to 15% a year due to existing contacts and new initiatives this is a dynamic business that constantly evolves to meet new challenges. Role: A vacancy has arisen for a Business Risk Manager to monitor, mitigate and manage internal and external risks to the business and ensure legal compliance. The Business Risk Manager will provide accurate and impartial auditing, ensuring that any risks to customers, staff and brand is minimised. The position will be based at either their Dundee or Cardiff centres and flexibility is required as there will be significant travel between both centres and their head offices in Hertfordshire. Key responsibilities/accountabilities Reporting to the CSC Insight Manager, responsibilities will include; a) Analysing business information, drawing sound conclusions that identify areas of risk. b) Leading in depth fraud investigations. c) Coaching Managers and service teams on best practice and due diligence. d) Developing robust and detailed audit reports. e) Updating and testing the Business Continuity Plan. Knowledge / Experience required: a) Significant experience of working with security, risk and fraud issues. b) Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. c) Experience of Contact Centre environment. d) Excellent IT systems knowledge and the ability to produce reports and analyse data. e) Experience of Regulatory/Operational Risk Management and Business Continuity. f) Experience of CCA, PCIDSS and credit card fraud desirable. g) Confidence to handle enquiries from law enforcement and government agencies h) A strong analytical approach to investigations and evaluating risks i) Confidence to lead investigations that may result in disciplinary action or prosecutions You may have experience of the following: Loss Prevention Manager, Loss Prevention Officer, Compliance Officer, Compliance Manager, Fraud Management, Fraud Investigation, Fraud Investigator, Fraud Modeller, Compliance & Risk Manager, Audit & Risk Manager, Audit Manager, Auditor, Audit & Risk manager, etc This vacancy is being advertised by EasyWebRecruitment, the UK’s leading Flat Fee Recruitment Agency.
