Based in the heart of London and supporting both the Head Office and Retail functions, you will be responsible for all HR disciplines on a generalist remit. As a HR Advisor your key focus will to manage the recruitment process across levels, advice on employee relations issues and create and implement training strategies. You will work closely with the operational senior management team to develop management development initiatives and coach Managers to increase ownership of ER matters.

The suitable candidate would have solid generalist HR experience with a passion for training from a luxury retail background.
