| 2nd Line Support IT Engineer - Chichester - Up to 32,000 per annum - Requirement to provide 24/7 On call support. The successful candidate will bring 2nd line experience of supporting Microsoft Exchange servers within a vibrant mission critical support team. Working predominantly in a Windows 2003 Server environment the role will involve the infrastructure build, configuration and support of the systems as well as solid support of Active Directory 2003, Exchange 2003 and 2007 as well as other common areas of network support. The key responsibilities of this role are: * Incident Management * Server and Systems management * Bespoke Active Director and Exchange Administration * Network Support. In order of preference the technical knowledge required include: * Windows Server 2003 * Active Directory * Exchange 2003/2007 * VMware - ESX Server * HP Server Hardware * Novell Netware * Lotus Notes Due to the nature of the industry that this role supports, the candidate must be prepared to offer 24/7 Support on a rota basis (typically one week in three) and due to service level agreements must be prepared to reach the office within an hour of any emergency support request.
