The skills we require are:
* Qualified Teacher Status either PGCE or Cert Ed
* Willingness to promote a positive learning environment
* Strong Classroom Management Skills
* Flexible and adaptable approach to work
* Excellent team player

Main duties:
* Teaching ICT through KS3/4/5
* Teach Business Studies KS3
* Plan creative and challenging lesson plans to ensure positive progression for pupils
* Mark all work and share future learning objectives with pupils
* Act as an integrated member of the department, attending all meeting etc
* Communicate effectively at all levels
* Work well as part of a large team of teaching and support staff
* Completing all reporting required by school
