Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for the general running of your outlet. You will ensure that sales targets are exceeded, customer service is at its highest and targets are achieved. You will be responsible for leading and motivating your team, and maintaining an atmosphere that is always active and pleasant.

Managers must be hands on but very product and trend focused with a keen visual eye. They are looking for an individual with similar previous experience within the fashion industry and with an exceptional track record of managing a team and unit. A passion for retail, sales focused and a very strong operator are a must. You should be self-motivated, ambitious and possess excellent team-leading abilities.
