To lead, through structured methods, major programmes of IT change across the business, incorporating multiple projects with consistent objectives and dependencies. Ideally you will have formal project/programme management experience covering full project lifecycle and critical task management methodology (Prince2 / MSP).

You will have close working relationships with Executive / Board members with regards to strategic initiatives, assurance and expert advice. Budgetary responsibility for team and programmes will be multi million (capital/revenue) at any one time.

You skill set will include strong analytical, interpersonal presentation skills & good coaching skills. They are looking for someone with a tenacious, flexible approach to the working environment.
