| Account Manager / Senior Customer Support, 36k, Middlesex SALARY: 34-36k basic depending on experience plus 15% bonus (company/personal performance). ROLE: This role is part of a newly-formed team who will provide essential office-based support for field-based European Account Directors that manage Corporate and International Accounts. As well as customer support responsibilities for named accounts this role has ownership of relationship management, including the customer contact database, correspondence, event management and coordination of legal and contractual documentation. This role reports to the Corporate & International Account Director. Occasional European travel will be required in this role. RESPONSIBILITIES: Relationship Management: a) Responsible for the planning and coordination of C&IA customer events, meetings and incentives. b) Ownership and management of customer correspondence and documentation. c) Responsible for the coordination of legal documentation and contracts management. d) Creation and application of customer contact strategy. e) Maintain customer contact strategy database. Customer support responsibility - office-based support for field-based European Account Directors with focus on dedicated accounts supporting the following areas: a) Analyse and identify potential business opportunities on a customer, market or product level. b) The main contact point and representative for C&IA with other internal teams to provide single and consistent messaging. c) Provide material (core presentations, documents etc) to EADs to tailor for use with customers or other external/internal parties. ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: a) Degree level education or equivalent, preferably in Business/Finance or other related sectors. b) You MUST have experience in a similar senior level account management/customer management role, preferably for a corporate company. c) Good organisation and reporting skills with strong Excel and numeracy skills. d) Excellent commercial awareness and credible client facing skills with senior management (both internal and external). e) Other European languages are preferable.
