An eCommerce solutions leader have an opening for a Linux Systems Administrator and Web Application Support. They offer a challenging, creative, team-oriented environment where employees develop innovative solutions and receive recognition for accomplishments.

The Systems Administrator will play a key role in a skilled technical team. This team is critical for the successful implementation and ongoing improvement of our customers' eCommerce solution.
The primary objective of this role is to extend and enhance their products by administration, configuration, and system level application support, network and server monitoring and performance tuning.

Responsibilities include:
* Working closely with our Help Desk and Account Management teams to support customers by solving technical issues as they arise within the SLA;
* Providing first line application and platform support, including configuration management, operational changes and deploying new web sites delivered by the development teams
* Managing and supporting production systems and networks to high levels of availability, performance and security

Technical Experience Required:
* UNIX Administration (Linux/Redhat preferred) in an online environment
* Database Administration (PostgreSQL preferred)
* Broad administration of services such as Apache (ideally with mod_perl), DNS, mail, software version control (Subversion preferred)
* Systems programming (Shell and ideally Perl)
* Experience building open source package sets suitable for reproducible installation
* Experience supporting environments with large (-100) numbers of servers
* Web Load balancer management (Zeus preferred)
* NetApp filer administration or similar
