| Job Description Work on a Global basis with the relevant Market Sector Managers to develop market sector buying and sourcing strategies for temporary staffing resources appropriate and relevant to the commodity for local markets Develop Global Category Strategies on local and global levels buying and sourcing tactics, negotiations and contracts aligned with market sector strategies Lead, Plan, project manage and implement Global sourcing projects as project team leader managing 2-5 team. Develop and articulate business value through direct and small group presentations with clear messaging of sometimes complex content to internally sell the use of strategic sourcing, procurement processes and systems. Develop and manage positive relationships with key internal stakeholders and work to be come a trusted advisor in temporary labour and sourcing Establish and maintain temporary staffing market subject matter expertise, understanding and practically applying sourcing tactics during varying market conditions Develop and manage relationships with suppliers through supplier performance management reviews, and improvement initiatives. Develop and negotiate contracts and deals on the order of magnitude of $50m that will maximise profitability, secure supply and provide contractual coverage for all relevant terms within commodity/sector. Support contract management activities and work with the offshore operations in India that process temporary staffing requests and orders. Ensure awareness of supplier and contractors performance by all stakeholders Proactively collaborate with business partners and suppliers to meet & expedite business needs. Ensure optimal usage of all sourcing and purchase to pay tools Develop and manage preferred supplier list of temporary staffing agencies for various service lines including IT, HR, Finance, HSSE, and clerical-admin. Promote and manage compliance to the contractor management policy. Keep up to date with laws and legislative changes that impact on the ability to hire and manage agency contractors. Develop innovative ways of managing agency and contractor pay rates to deliver year on year savings that contribute to overall business performance. Build relationships with key stakeholders and understand temporary staffing requirements. Use your internal network and data to develop contractor demand planning tools. Expand the use of the sourcing process by selling the economic and process benefits to internal customers. Key Skills and Experience Procurement experience with experience within temporary staffing Proven stakeholder engagement and enrolment experience Market expertise in Global Temporary Labour market Project management experience Fluent in use of eSourcing applications such as Click Commerce is required.
