My client is seeking an Engineering Manager or a Senior Structural Engineer for either their Aberdeen or Great Yarmouth locations. They provide a range of products and services to the oil and gas industry relevant to drilling structures, rig upgrades, inspection services.

The role will involve overseeing all technical and design works, carrying out design reviews, liason with all departments involved in the production of engineering drawings, technical studiesetc. To ensure compliance with specified engineering requirments and assisting with the development of tender/bid packages.

The ideal candidate will ideally have an engineering degree and a mimimum of 5 years experience in structural analysis and engineering within the oil and gas industry.
Previous experience of drilling structures or offshore structures would be advantageous as would use of stucad and /or FS2000.
