To join this company as an HR Advisor, you must:

* Be Part Qualified CIPD ideally
* Have strong Employee Relations Experience
* Have solid experience in Disciplinaries and Grievances
* Drive
* Be available Immediately or with a maximum of 1 weeks notice
* Be a confident, strong minded and able to communicate effectively with Senior Management across a number of functions.
* Manufacturing experience would be ideal but is not essential

50% of this position will be administration and 50% will be advising. We need someone who is flexible. The ideal candidate will be in an HR Co-Ordinator or similar position with experience in Advising but who is looking for the next step up to Advisor level.

SALARY:

This is an initial 3 month contract position with the view to becoming permanent. They are looking to pay a starting salary of up to 12 per hour PAYE depending on experience.

HOURS:

42 hours per week Monday to Friday
