Successful, growing managed services company are looking for a Senior Support Engineer to be based from the London office.
You must be a very experienced Microsoft engineer (likely 10 yrs+) with a proven track record for delivering end-to-end IT projects for small to medium sized and (if possible) large companies.

You MUST have worked for a managed services company supporting multiple clients.

Windows Server, Exchange, Desktop and networking experience a must. Should have very good experience with Windows Server 2003 and 2008, Exchange 2003 and 2007, Windows XP, Vista and (if possible) Windows 7. Should have a good knowledge of hardware routers, switches and firewalls.

You should have or be on the way toward MCSE or MCITP Microsoft certifications and (although not essential) CCNA Cisco Certification or better.

You will be required to work with a wide variety of different systems and technology including Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, SQL, general network protocols such as DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP etc and have an understanding of administrative scripting and programming languages such as VB Script, Powershell, XML, HTML etc.
