Contract Recruitment Consultant (Italian / German speaking) - Uxbridge

Description : 
Contract Recruitment Consultant (Italian/German speaking) Uxbridge. 6 months. Market Rates.
Experienced in the recruitment of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical and life sciences candidates; you will have solid and proven experience of in=house, onsite, executive search and/or agency type recruiting.
The role is based in Uxbridge for an initial six month contract paying market rates. For the ideal candidate, a start date of December 2009 has been targeted.
Requirements:
Must be fluent and have business level communication skills in English, plus one other of Italian and/or German
You will partner with hiring managers and the HR Department to develop a systematic and clear recruitment strategy to fill 40+ new positions every 6 month period
Positions will vary in scope and level across the company, from Research & Development, to Commercial operations and General & Administrative including Finance, IT, and HR
Responsible for the life cycle of the recruiting process. Emphasis will be placed on direct contact to potential candidates, industry networking, utilizing internal referrals, and the use of advertising to attract a diverse pool of top talent.
You must be able to utilize prior successful experience in filling demanding positions to attract candidates that maintain my client's corporate culture, mission, and vision
Candidates will be ideally degree educated, preferably with an emphasis on HR or Business Management
Experience:
Solid and proven experience of in-house, onsite, executive search and/or agency recruiting.
Experience as an in-house recruiter in the biopharmaceutical industry is preferred.
Strong experience with Internet Job Boards, the utilization of company referral programs, and networking to achieve recruiting results
Significant experience with screening, interviewing, and managing the offer process
