This is the ideal role for an experienced Client Services Manager to play a major part in contributing to the future direction of the company. From day one you'll be encouraged to develop your thoughts and ideas, and shape how they do business. Reporting to the Commercial Director, in this role you will be responsible for managing the accounts of a growing client base as well as winning new business. This will involve travel a few days a week, visiting clients in the London and South East area. Your duties will include: - Client services management - looking after existing clients and visiting them - Growing existing client accounts with repeat business, cross-year selling and up-selling - Winning new business revenue - Generating your own leads through telesales and networking - Leading and contributing to sales team events and marketing activities To be considered for this position you must be an experienced Client Services Manager with proven sales experience and a degree (or equivalent). You will also need to demonstrate strong relationship building skills, coupled with a passion for helping people to reach their potential. As a Client Services Manager you should also be ambitious and hardworking, and able to communicate with educators through all levels of teachers including Heads.
