ROLE:
As an OEM provider of call centre technology our success depends on the reliability and ease-of-use of our software. We seek a software developer who is self-motivated, and passionate about software development. This role will require the ability to design and implement reliable, first rate software, with an emphasis on high standards of product quality.

The position involves developing end-to-end IP-based network systems to provide a rich user experience to users managing hosted telephony and contact centre services using our platform.

You will be working in a team of very experienced and focussed developers and support/implementation staff in a fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to hone your skills in a company where technical excellence is the norm.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Proven experience developing IP systems, and SIP
b) Previous experience with Asterisk
c) Previous experience of media server technology
d) Proven experience in web service development
e) C# programming skills
f) Strong oral and written communication skills.
g) Excellent team working skills.
h) A demonstrable record of achievement in either previous position(s), or academic work
