Our client specialises in marketing health & safety products and services to medium & large organisations. They now seek a professional Sales Executive / Account Manager to join their team in Luton.

Position: Internal Sales Executive / Account Manager
Location: Luton, Bedfordshire
Salary: 10-16K Basic OTE 20K (uncapped)

ROLE:

The Internal Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients including occasional attendance at client meetings and new business presentations. This is not a ‘hard sell’ position at all. AN EXCELLENT, INTELLIGENT COMMUNICATOR WILL SELL A LARGE VOLUME OF OUR PRODUCTS & SERVICES BECAUSE ONCE COMMUICATED WELL, THE PRODUCTS & SERVICES WILL SELL THEMSELVES! Health & safety training is compulsory by law!

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

a) Previous sales experience is required but training will be provided in house

b) The successful candidates will demonstrate energy, tenacity and enthusiasm, and be able to work under pressure. The role demands a team player who is at all times professional and able to work to targets.

c) A good command of the English language, preferably with a good English Language exam pass, is essential.

d) Communication skills are key to this role, both verbal and written.
