IT recruitment experience is advantageous but perhaps more important is the type of recruitment you've done. We are looking for people who have had good experience of bringing new business on board and doing the end to end recruitment cycle with success. This role is not an account management role. You will leverage on my clients brand and presence in the IT market to win new business. You are thick skinned and highly competitive, enjoying a loud office with good humour and assertive individuals.The Role: A recruitment executive within this business is responsible for the full recruitment cycle. You will recruit into the IT market, working with SME's in the main on contingency recruitment. You will work as part of a tight knit team but a team who thrive on competition.
