This position will be responsible for oversight of the facility's rotating and fixed equipment mechanical integrity programs with duties including the following:

Leads failure analysis (RCI) and shares leanings with appropriate plant personnel.
Responsible for driving improvements in the top 20 threats to production within their responsibility.
Tracks equipment failures and implements changes as needed.
Responsible for Preventative Maintenance (PM) development and ownership.
Responsible for coordinating and reporting pressure vessel, storage tank, process piping, power boilers, loading dock, pipeline, refractory brick & related materials’ inspections to meet Mechanical Integrity (MI) and other regulatory requirements.
Reviews and audits MI programs.
Performs technical advisory role on mechanical equipment operational, engineering, and repair issues and defines mechanical repair wo
