Our client is arguably the world's largest office products company with a turnover in excess of $25 billion and a strong presence in 27 countries throughout North and South America, Europe, Asia and Australia. Due to continued growth in the UK and their ongoing commitment to key accounts they now require a National Account Manager to focus on high spending existing accounts.

As a National Account Manager you will focus on high spending key accounts in various sectors, where you will be tasked to take ownership of a defined account portfolio to ensure contract retention and further account penetration in line with our clients' realistic targets. You will prepare and conduct regular reviews; design customer agreed business and account implementation plans and visit customer sites in order to cross-sell and up-sell our clients' full product range.

The ideal candidate will posses a minimum of 3 years client facing sales or account management experience gained in a solution led sector. It would be advantageous to have previously sold office consumables/products although product training will be made available. This role requires an individually with first class communication and presentation skills, an analytical approach and the ability to liaise at all levels. High levels of self motivation and determination are also a prerequisite.

The success candidate can expect an initial base salary circa 30-40k with an achievable OTE of 42-54k plus an executive benefits package.
