Â23,000 - Â28,000 Basic (OTE Â35,000 - Â40,000)
Operating at the forefront of the insurance industry, our client is a leading broker of classic, kit and high performance vehicle insurance. An opportunity has now arisen for an Insurance Sales Manager.
For this key role our client is looking to recruit a strong manager with either a call centre or insurance background, to join their growing team.
As an Insurance Sales Manager, you will be tasked with leading and motivating the existing team. Reporting to the Senior Partner, you will have individual and department targets to meet by converting telephone and Internet based enquiries as well as contact with the company ' s own existing underwriters. When required, you will also develop new relationships with complementary businesses and organisations.
To be considered for this position you must have:
- Solid call centre or insurance experience
- Proven management experience
As an Insurance Sales Manager you should also be a highly self motivated individual with a very organised approach and strong communication skills.
An interest in cars and/or experience in private car insurance would be beneficial to your application.
